Thank you guys. The silver rims, well factory for now till I save some more money to get them chrome. License plate location I agree about taking some of the lines of look away but I wanted a clean tail look so you win some, loose some. The pipes; I 100% I love, ever since I saw them I want them ! I got a good deal at www.orientexpress.com for $750.00 they used to be $1300.00 so the wait paid off. And the sound is awesome, not too loud not too soft just perfect for me I live in an apartment complex I ride here with something loud and I be kick out,

Yeah, I can see it now.
Giant black melted rubber spots on the top of each of those beautiful pipes and a big 'ol round chamfer off the back of my riding boots. Just my luck.
But perhaps the pipes are low enough to NOT cause a problem.
(and I DO ride on the balls of my feet....but if I relax a bit from time to time, do I make contact easily with the pipes?)
What do you say, Ninjaboy????
Help me to feel better about my first choice for slip-ons.

I used to burn my boots with the originals I know what you mean GumbyBob and even the passenger was worst with the factory. With this new ones you get and extra space compare to the factory so is not as bad when you relax your feet, on my opinion. I wear size 12 not small per said and so far so good. For the passenger with the new pipes didn't get a chance yet to try, I know with the factory I used to clean up the burn sneakers from my passengers all the time it sucks !

Thanks for the advise, Ninjaboy. I'll keep that in mind.
I have size 9's so it "shouldn't" be bad for me (and I have NO passengers)
I found some nice little exhaust heat shields a while ago that would go real nice on those pipes if you DO start hitting the pipes with your shoes. And they come in different colors, too.
Let me know if you want me to find them again.

Hum that sound like something I will like to have; I rather have that to protect them and don't need them, than need them and don't have them. So if you could get me the info in where I can find the guards will be nice, Thanks.

Ninjaboy, Those pipes are awesome, I've never seen them before, but I'm new to the 14 scene. I've only had my 14 for a couple of months. I've got a question for you, what in the world is that white pick-up in your 4th picture have on the front of it? Just kidding.......I grew up in Wyoming and Montana but the current job has me living in Texas.

The heat shields I saw are made by Targa (lots of colors).
Here it is in blue, since your bike is blue:

Big Mike ! Sorry for the huge delay been so busy with several things I hardly visit the site. To answer your question about the pipes. I really like the look on my bike, the sounds is strong but not overkill, the clearance I get from them I really appreciate and when I carry a passenger is comfortable for them even do the foot pegs are slightly higher than factory. I have about 16,000 miles on the bike I ride it from PA all the way to NC and TN last year was a killer ride and very long hours on the street but they bike handle it superb and the noise from the pipes was not a bother either. The Ti-Force quality is awesome too they fit perfect with no modifications need it whatsoever. Comparing to some other pipes I saw in other ZX-14's hands down to me this one is my favorite cause of the high mount look. My other and only choice will be a Brock's Short Meg but they are extremely loud. Hope this answer your question if you got any more please let me know.
